Clinically, there are many reasons for the elevation of hematuria amylase, most common being mumps and acute pancreatitis, but it is rare parotid gland masses to be associated with elevated amylase. In this paper, causes amylase in other tumors, pancreatitis were excluded by a case tumor after rule out cause blood urine increases.
